Child Safety Standards Policy

At Wild Chama, the safety and well-being of children on our platform is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a secure, age-appropriate, and respectful environment for young users. Our Child Safety Standards reflect our dedication to protecting minors from harmful content, online exploitation, and privacy risks.

1. Age Restrictions

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register on Wild Chama, or the minimum age required by law in their country.

  • Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the minimum age will be terminated and data deleted in accordance with privacy regulations.

2. Content Moderation

  • We use a combination of automated tools and human moderators to detect and remove content that is violent, sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for minors.

  • Reporting tools are easily accessible, and reports are prioritized when they involve children or sensitive content.

3. Privacy Protection

  • We do not collect more data than necessary and never sell personal information of minors to third parties.

  • Profiles of users under 18 are set to private by default, limiting who can view or interact with them.

4. Preventing Exploitation

  • We strictly prohibit grooming, solicitation, or any form of child exploitation.

  • We report suspected abuse or illegal activity to relevant law enforcement and child protection agencies.

5. Education and Empowerment

  • We offer safety tips, in-app guidance, and awareness campaigns to help young users recognize unsafe behavior and protect themselves online.

Violations of this policy can result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of accounts, and where necessary, legal action.

If you are a parent, guardian, or concerned user and need to report an issue, please contact us at info@wildchama.com or use the in-app safety tools.
